Согласно постановления Президента Республики Узбекистан от 23 июля 2015 года, упразднена должность заместителя Премьер-министра Республики Узбекистан – руководителя Комплекса по вопросам культуры, образования, здравоохранения и социальной защиты, а также соответствующий информационно-аналитический департамент, как сообщает UzReport.uz

Вместо этого, в структуру Кабинета Министров введены следующие новые должности:

— Заместитель Премьер-министра Республики Узбекистан – руководитель Комплекса по вопросам молодежной политики, образования, культуры и спорта;

— Заместитель Премьер-министра Республики Узбекистан – руководитель Комплекса по вопросам охраны здоровья, экологии и качества жизни людей;

— Советник заместителя Премьер-министра Республики Узбекистан – руководителя Комплекса по вопросам молодежной политики, образования, культуры и спорта;

Таким образом, в Кабинете Министров вместо Комплекса по вопросам культуры, образования, здравоохранения и социальной защиты появилось два новых комплекса:

— Комплекс по вопросам молодежной политики, образования, культуры и спорта;

— Комплекс по вопросам охраны здоровья, экологии и качества жизни людей.

According to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of July 23, 2015, the post of Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan — Head of the Complex for Culture, Education, Health and Social Protection, and the corresponding information and analytical department were abolished, UzReport.uz informs.

Instead, the following new posts have been introduced into the structure of the Cabinet of Ministers:

— Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan — Head of the Complex for Youth Policy, Education, Culture and Sports;

— Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan — Head of the Health, Ecology and Quality of Life Complex;

— Advisor to the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan — Head of the Complex on Youth Policy, Education, Culture and Sports;

Thus, two new complexes appeared in the Cabinet of Ministers instead of the Set of Issues on Culture, Education, Healthcare and Social Protection:

— Complex on youth policy, education, culture and sports;

— Complex on health protection, ecology and people’s quality of life.

On July 17, President Islam Karimov signed a decree on the preparation and holding of the celebration of the 24th anniversary of the state independence of Uzbekistan, as reported by gazeta.uz

The document approved the composition of the republican commission for the preparation and holding of the celebration of the next anniversary of independence.

The Commission was commissioned to develop a program of organizational, practical, cultural, educational and awareness-raising activities that embody the noble idea «You are unique, you are dear to me, my native Uzbekistan!» («Betakrorimsan, yagonasen, she is Watanim — Uzbekistan») (motto Last year: «I love you, you are dear to me, my native Uzbekistan!»).

The Republican Council for Spirituality and Education has been instructed to organize educational groups of famous scientists, writers and artists to hold educational meetings in Tashkent and regions, open conversations, literary and art evenings and cultural events dedicated to the Independence Day.

Президент Ислам Каримов 17 июля подписал постановление о подготовке и проведении празднования 24-летия государственной независимости Узбекистана, как сообщает gazeta.uz

Документом утвержден состав республиканской комиссии по подготовке и проведению празднования очередной годовщины независимости.

Комиссии поручено разработать программу организационно-практических, культурно-просветительских и информационно-разъяснительных мероприятий, воплощающих в себе благородную идею «Ты неповторим, ты дорог мне, родной мой Узбекистан!» («Бетакроримсан, ягонасан, она Ватаним — Узбекистоним!») (девиз прошлого года: «Люблю тебя, ты дорог мне, родной мой Узбекистан!»).

Республиканскому совету по духовности и просветительству поручено организовать просветительские группы из числа известных ученых, литераторов и артистов для проведения в Ташкенте и регионах просветительских встреч, открытых бесед, литературно-художественных вечеров и культурных мероприятий, посвященных Дню независимости.

According to gazeta.uz, experts of the International Rating Agency Moody’s Investors Service expect that the banks of Uzbekistan will be able to maintain their profitability indicators within 12-18 months, such as profitability of assets and capital, at the current level of 1.5% and 13-15% respectively.

Among the factors that led to this forecast, a significant growth in the economy of Uzbekistan and a stable level of liquidity, which is maintained due to the growth of customer deposits and significant amounts of financial resources sent by the government to the largest banks. A stable and diversified economy of the country, strong capital investments also provide a stable operating environment for banks, the agency said.

In connection with the 20% growth in lending in this period, the capital adequacy ratio of the first level of Uzbek banks in the next year and a half could fall to 13% from 17.4% at the end of 2014, experts say Moody’s. In their view, to maintain the current level of capital adequacy, measures will be needed to increase the total capital of banks.

«We expect that the average levelof problems within 12-18 months will not exceed 6-7% of the total number of loans issued. However, the level of the savings is created by banks for possible losses on loans will be 50-60% of the volume of available problem loans, «the report says.
